In recent years, network has developed rapidly. It emphasizes that student’s internet ethics education is a complexsystematic project, which must pay more attention to the combine of the theoryconstruction and the practice. social supervision, school education, family love, personalautonomy benignly interact; network technology developed, network positions occupied,network regulations consummated, network culture and network education all of whichshould be promoted together in order to standardize the university student network contactand developed for a healthy and orderly target.
