The emergence and development of the network provides a very open and free space for everyone who uses the network.In this free network space,people can freely express their opinions,enjoy the life fun brought by shopping,chatting,watching movies and playing games,and obtaining the network information resources they want to obtain in the network.Network brings people life and thinking mode change,and brings people into an unprecedented network virtual space.However,the main body of network use is still human.People will inevitably produce a series of network ethics problems in the process of using the network to interact.Network is like a double-edged sword,which brings convenience to people,but also brings many ethical problems that people have to face.These network ethical problems impact traditional culture and traditional morality,and challenge the existing moral system and values.With the continuous popularization of the network and the continuous improvement of campus network construction,college students have become one of the main groups in the network society obviously.Because of the higher education level and the high level of network technology,this determines the status of college students in the network society,and even dominates the development trend of network society to some extent.As the main group of network society,college students,on the one hand,enjoy the convenience brought by the network,on the other hand,there are many problems of Network Ethics Anomie.In the virtual space of network,facing a series of changes in communication mode and thinking mode,college students sometimes have difficulty to grasp themselves,which inevitably leads to the occurrence of network ethics irregularities.The investigation found that most college students abide by the network ethics standards,but due to the virtual and anonymous characteristics of the network itself,some college students will inevitably appear Network Ethics Anomie phenomenon.With the development of the network society,the phenomenon of Network Ethics Anomie of college students is becoming more and more serious and obvious,which has attracted people's attention.It is the focus of this paper to study the anomie behavior of network ethics of contemporary college students in China,and then strengthen the quality of college students to abide by the network ethics norms,and put forward effective solutions for the research of the norms of network ethics of college students in China.Firstly,the paper explains the related concepts of the Network Ethics Anomie of college students,such as the concept of network,the characteristics of network,the definition of network ethics and the characteristics of network ethics.Then,it expounds the meaning of network ethics and the principles of network ethics that college students should abide by.Through questionnaire and personal interview,the paper takes college students from some colleges and universities in Guilin as sample survey objects,and finds out the performance of Network Ethics Anomie of college students and analyzes the causes accordingly.The results show that the network ethics of college students is characterized by the network language violence,the network encroaching on the privacy of others,the misappropriation of knowledge and the dissemination of false information,and excessive dependence on the network.At the same time,the paper analyzes the causes of the Network Ethics Anomie of college students,and analyzes the reasons of the anomie from the internal and external factors of the main body and social environment.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the phenomenon of the Network Ethics Anomie of college students.First,we should strengthen the moral literacy of college students.The concrete measures are to improve the consciousness of self-discipline of the network,to enhance their own network ethics and to cultivate their healthy online habits.Then we need to improve the construction of network ethics and strengthen the publicity of network ethics.The specific measures include strengthening the legislation of network ethics,strengthening the supervision mechanism of network ethics and paying attention to the publicity of network culture.The specific measures for innovation of network ethics publicity in Colleges and universities are to innovate the course of network ethics education,to innovate the practice of network ethics education and to strengthen the construction of network ethics teachers.The specific measures are to innovate new network technology,strengthen the supervision of network technology and improve the network real name system technology.Facing the problem of Network Ethics Anomie of college students,only multi-angle and multi-level measures can effectively avoid the occurrence of Network Ethics Anomie phenomenon of college students.Finally,I hope that my research can play a certain role in the network ethics norms of college students.
