The 21st century is the era of rapid development of the Internet,people are enjoying more convenient from the network brought to life.This convenience is not only reflected in the wide range of applications,as well as sensory stimulation in the novel experiences.Network science and technology is a “double-edged sword”,not only to bring happiness to human life,but also can bring misfortune.Development of network technology in the rapid development of production and life of the people,and enjoy happy and relaxed,but also led to some social contradictions and problems,especially moral problem in many areas occurred.So the network ethical issues caused attaches great importance to the social various aspects.Undoubtedly,the contemporary college students are proficient users of network technology in daily life,and college students in values,ethical and moral accomplishment on the network to have significant effects of the whole society.Contemporary the ethical questions of the contemporary college students,which has potential lacked or already reflected in the process of network communication,deeply analyze the root cause of network ethical problems,regulate the students' ethical and moral cultivation validly,grasp their value orientation on the network ethics moral,and put forward the positive countermeasures effectively,these are the key of this article.Firstly,the relevant concepts are interpreted,such as network and network ethics,and on this basis,fuether interpretation of the connotation and features of college students' network ethics,and the impact of network ethics for college students.Secondly,the lacks of ethics of college students' network performance were analyzed.For instance,the false adverse of network information,the network integrity insufficient,network randomness of remarks,and the network emotions of non-moral,etc.On this basis,analyze the causes of college students network ethical problems,and elaborate the problems mainly from the three aspects of cyberspace non-binding and non-liability,the network responsible vacancy,and lack of self-discipline on network.Thirdly,integrate the excellent resources of ethics at all times and in all countries,such as the socialist core values,love,honesty,utilitarianism,deontological and other ideas and put forward as a basis of equality and mutual,respect,no-harm,the principle of informed consent.Finally,we put forward to solve the problem of lack of network ethics of university students coping strategies in four areas: cultivate the college students' own network ethics,strengthen the network ethics education in universities,improve the legal and regulatory network ethics,and promote social collaborative construction network ethics.
