Research On The Role And Path Of Career Education In College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

Strengthening and Improving college student’s ideological and politicaleducation is an urgent and long-term major task for the Communist Party of China andour government. It has very important significance in improving college students’ideological and political quality，enhancing personal competitiveness，promotingall-round development of students，cultivating constructors and successors for theconstructions of Chinese characteristic socialism and ensuring the completion of thecourse of our Party and state. For a long time，college student’s ideological andpolitical education has made some achievements under the leadership of the Party andour nation，but，the current college students’ ideological and political education cannot completely meet the deep changes of international and domestic situations andstill exist some problems like effectiveness is not strong，attraction is not enough andmany other challenges and shortcomings. Therefore，facing the new situation, collegestudents’ ideological and political education work in personnel training onlyconstantly update educational concept, enrich education content, innovate educationmethod, expand educational way, can cultivate high quality talents who can adapt tothe education reform and the development of the society.With the exploration of career education and the deepening of the theory oflocalization, career education has gradually become an integral and important part ofhigher education and also an important carrier in strengthening and improvingideological and political education. Carrying out career education is helpful to graspthe laws of the ideological and political education，to improve pertinence，to enhancethe effectiveness and influence. Thus，career education merging into college student’sideological and political education and play its role in it are important educationalpractice.This paper based on the existing research foundation，adhering to the Marxismon people’s all-round development as the guiding ideology, from the perspective ofcareer education to expand the research vision of college students’ ideological andpolitical education and deeply discussing the role the and path of career education incollege student’s ideological and political education, and ultimately achieve the targetof raising the overall level of college students’ ideological and political educationbased on construction of career education.In addition to introduction part of the whole article is divided into three parts：the first part summarize the connotation andhistorical development of career education，as well as its current situation and itsintrinsic relationship with college student’s ideological and political education；thesecond part systematically analyzes the role of deepening， optimization andexpanding in college student’s ideological and political education：the third partanalyzes the path of the career education of its role in college student’s ideologicaland political education.
