To reformand perfect the system of competitive sports in our country sports poweris an important task to establish the, this is also the development ofcompetitive sports in China situation of the decision. This paper byusing the method of literature, logic analysis, researchers about sportspower of this concept, first of sports power to define the concept. Andanalyzes sports power has five basic features:(1) the mass sportspopularization high;(2) competitive sports has strong competitivenessand comprehensive strength;(3) the school sports to get governmentpaid more and more attention, and in better;(4) sports industrydeveloped, and become a new growth point of national economy and thepillar industry;(5) has strong sports soft strength.Competitive sports has strong competitiveness is one of thecharacteristics of sports power, in order to promote the development ofcompetitive sports, promoting social progress, all showed that thesystem had a great advantage. Therefore, this paper analyzes the presentadhere to the system of competitive sports and the necessity of thesystem of the problems existed in the in-depth research.
