Establishing and perfecting the mechanism of competitive intelligence anti-competitive sports become a prominent issue in the new era of competitive sport of competitive intelligence research.In this paper, the main methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and risk assessment have been used. Focusing on the current situation of anti-competitive intelligence theory, a series of studies about the sports anti-competitive intelligence theory, situation at the national boxing team of anti-competitive intelligence, anti-national boxing team Factors competitive intelligence building, national boxing main risks of anti-competitive intelligence and national boxing team building anti-competitive intelligence strategy have been made.After analysis, mainly studies of this paper are as follows:First, the anti-competitive intelligence is a positive connotation sports professional activity, which used by sports teams.
