To restrict our country female single skating program in the OlympicWinter Games and major international competitions has made a majorbreakthrough in physical quality problem, systematic, scientific research,in-depth understanding and grasp the project law, thereby improving theOlympic women’s single skating elite athletes in theOlympic Winter Gamesand major international competitions on the competition strength, for China’swomen single skating athletes special physical quality training methods andmeans of providing theory reference.In this study, literature, expertinterviews, investigation, experiment and mathematical statistical methods,the use of sophisticated measuring instruments for the measurement ofrelevant indicators athletes. Including the athlete’s physical fitness, the outerpoint of the ice two weeks of technical aspects of the measurement body.And based on the basic principles of sports training, combined withbiomechanics, exercise biochemistry and other related disciplines, toimprove the athlete attempts to explore the power of the best quality oftraining methods and means to make the athletes in daily training, the use ofmore scientific and rational experimental experimental and control groupsbefore and after the determination of indicators and correlation analysis,which summed up to adapt to China’s women’s single skating athlete’sstrength and speed of the special quality of the training methods.
