As the New Curriculum Reform is steadily pushed forward, Professional Development for teachers has become a significant task for education development in our country. In the meeting on February2011President Hu emphasize that high-quality team of teachers should be erected and teachers should also remember that " Learn to be an Excellent Teacher;Act as an Exemplary Person, impart knowledge and educate people and serve as a adviser and guide who protect their students grow up healthy and sound."Therefore, how to improve the quality of teachers all-round and effectively has once again become the focus of educational researchers. Obviously,teachers’good quality and behavior can be seen from their teaching behavior.Teaching behavior includes external behavior performance and implicit behavior,such as teachers reflection after class, as well.Intrinsic behavior impact and control teachers’external behavior performance,thus,scientific and reasonable reflective teaching behavior can optimize teachers’behavior and advance professional development for teachers finally.On the value of this research:teachers’reflection behavior after class as an important step in teachers’behavior is the center of this study.In this study we try to build a scientific and reasonable reflective teaching behavior evaluation index system.This system can not only provide some reference material but also offer available helps for teachers in primary and secondary schools.On the methods and results of this research:the method of scaling and questionnaire survey were applied to survey a sample of about1000teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang province.700questionnaires were sent out and560questionnaires were retrieved and the available questionnaire is514.The the results of survey were recorded in SPSS18.0and Excel electronic form and subjected to data analysis and processing.Finally,we got3first-grade indexes and11second-grade indexes by expert judgment method of average and statistical method of frequency.Three first-grade indexes include teacher reflecting basic skills of teaching(32.6%),teaching rational advance(33.3%),promoting students spirit (34.1%).This system is simple, distinct and manufacturable.lt covers most content of teacher reflective behavior, it also provide some suggestions for teachers. Through the investigation,we found the situation of teachers reflective in primary and secondary schools was unsatisfactory in Zhejiang province and some schools deficiency in directing their teachers to process scientific and reasonable reflective thinking.These should be thoughtfully noted by the Education Department and academic researchers should also invest more time and energy in this field.
