Due to the culture surges of worldwide caused by globalization, and the domestic reform and opening up30years of social economic structure transformation, the social culture appeared diversity trend.Cultural diversity will inevitably lead to the diversity of value.Chinese college students’values education encountered many problems and contradiction that we have never met so far. So we need to carry on the thorough ponder and exploration. Under the background of value diversity, changing college students’values education has been concerned by researchers of the education. It’s been popular that value pluralism led to the value relativism in Western world, which doesn’t solve the conflict and social contradiction but aggravated it.Since1990s, western scholars put more focus on instructing the younger generation to seek "the shared values" or "universal values" in this multiple world. Furthermore, it’been a common concern in the international education community that guiding students to form the correct values in multiple world, which lead to the reasonable behavior.College students grow up with the social transformation, independent open and the strong sense of individuality is their typical character.On the pattern of cultural diversification, all kinds of values continue to appear in the college student’s field of vision, Because of the lack of correct value judgments, students come into the value dilemma. Some students came into value relativism; others chose the wrong values to guide their own behaviors, which cause the reduced value rationality and value anomie. Traditional culture is the typical Chinese culture, which condenses the Chinese nation spirit and style. Moreover, it still plays an important role in the modern society. Educational function is the primarily function of traditional culture, but its core function is values education, which can enrich the content of students’values education, broaden student’s vision of value, and establish value criteria for students as well. Therefore, it is possible to train students into the real" chinese" that strengthen college students’values education in traditional culture from the perspective of university students’values education, This study contains four parts:The first part is introduction. The introduction mainly describes the research background, significance, status at home and abroad, as well as the definition of the core concepts. It is the basis of the research question, which can ensure the rationality and scientific research.The second part summarizes the values of contemporary college students’crisis and analyses its reasons. The study make conclusion that the crisis of students’value has four parts:the value subject, value orientation, value choice and value evaluation as well. There are many factors in causing the crisis of College Students’value. The present study analyses the reasons from social, school and family, which can be the evidence of proposing the strategies about values education.The third part discusses the rationality of College students’values education that is carried on by traditional culture. Traditional culture is so rich in content that couldn’t be discussed one by one. However, the basic spirit of traditional culture is its general which reflects the traditional cultural style and the direction of development. Therefore, the study discusses the basic spirit of traditional culture and tries to establish a modern social traditional culture evaluation standard. Furthermore, the study summes up the modern value of Chinese traditional culture and then elaborates the important role that the traditional culture plays on the university students’values education, trying to prove its rationality about using it to college students’Values education in the rationality.The fourth part is about the strategies of implementation about college students’ values education under the perspective of traditional culture. According to the crisis of college students’value and its reasons, the study proposes the strategies of implementation about college students’values education. College students are main bodies in values education which only works through the college. Therefore, the research gives suggestion that the society, school, family and students themselves should be combined and cooperate with each other to guarantee the effectiveness of college students’values education.
