He also pointed out emphatically that joint efforts from every level of society should be made to strengthen ideological education on college students in order to carry forward the excellent Chinese culture.Nowadays, above 29 million college students across the whole nation are ideologically prepared to uphold the line, principles and policies of Party as well as Deng Xiaoping's theories and "Three Representatives". They hold strong confidence in China's political stabilization and sustainable economic development. However, influenced by various factors, plus their immaturity, college students are being faced with some problems in moral value system. For example, they have no high ideals and their moral values tend to be material and utilized. Although we have made a lot of achievements in ideological education in higher learning institutions, which have promoted reform and development of economy and universities, we should realize these existing problems.This article adhere to the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, theory with practice, the current ideological and political education for the existing problems, combined with the current status of traditional Chinese culture in depth research, the purpose is to achieve the perfect combination of the two, one carry forward the fine traditional culture of Chinese nation, and second, to improve the ideological and political education in a passive state.This paper is divided into four parts.
