New-new human behavior and concepts form unique "new-new culture". "New-new culture" has gradually become the important tributary of the university campus,which will inevitably affect college students' view of a prospective work. And these opinions and ideas will directly affect their behavior of choosing a career in a future. "New-new culture" on college students' work values is what kind of impact? Influence is negative or positive? How to guide students to build up the scientific work view? These problems in the academic circle have not a clear answer, however studies of these problems is very important theoretical and realistic significance.The purpose of this study is exploring new-new culture on the influence of college student's work view. This study takes college students as the subjects, who extracted by random cluster from Guangxi Teachers Education University, Guangxi Arts Institute, Sun Yat-Sen University, Shenzhen University and the Central Academy of Drama. This study has two research tools, the first is "profession view questionnaire" compiled by Taiwan scholar Tiexiong Wu etc (1994), including seven sub-dimensions, which are "ego growth", "self-actualization", "dignity", "social interaction", "organization of security and economy" and "stable and free from anxiety" and "leisure health and transportation".The second is "cultural questionnaire" prepared by the researcher, including six sub-dimensions, which are "behavior patterns", "cognitive patterns" and "emotional patterns", "relationships patterns", "lifestyle patterns ", "ethics patterns ".The main research results are as follows:1, In this study, the reliability of the "cultural questionnaire" is 0.8429. The reliability of the " profession view questionnaire" is 0.966. Both of the reliability can meet research requirement.2, Cultural concepts of subjects in the demographic variables have significant differences, these demographic variables are sex, whether celibacy children, nation, grade, origin, monthly expenses, family income, feeling family income, without academic record and major. Boys, single child, minorities, the junior and the senior students, students coming from town, high months living expenses, high months family income, feeling family income high, are tend to have new-new cultural concept.3, In the professional view aspects, the traditional students view of human place higher value than the new-new human students on the professional seven sub-dimensions ("ego growth ", "self-actualization", "dignity", "social interaction", "organization of security and economy" and "stable and free from anxiety" and "leisure health and transportation"). 4, In the ethical pattern aspects, the college students of new-new human pay less attention to etiquette, pay more attention to trend, the less they pay attention to professional ego growth. In the emotional patterns aspects, the college students of new-new human with flush affection, they pay more attention to professional self-actualization , social interaction , organization of security and economy .In the lifestyle pattern aspects, the college students of new-new human' pace of life more faster ,more uncertainty, they pay more attention to the social interaction. In the behavior pattern aspects, the college students of new-new human feel eccentric and at home, they pay more attention to stable and free from anxiety and leisure health and transportation.
