Female college students are the most valuable human resources part of theiraccess to all walks of life through employment, economic development and socialprogress for the contribution of their own strength, not only conducive to the furtherdevelopment of its female students to enhance their social status, but also build asocialist harmonious society, promote sustainable development of society inevitablechoice. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, college students afundamental change in the employment situation, the formation of a market-led"two-way choice, freedom of choosing" the employment mechanism; higher education,the number of graduates increases every year, and not society as a whole needssignificant growth, making the employment of college students increasinglycompetitive, increasingly serious employment situation;"Student Employment" hasbecome a widespread concern of social problems and the reasons for gender, femalestudents in a weak position is the case, female students of science and engineering isso.Is well known, resulting in female college students are many reasons for thedifficult job, but in the end what factors restricted the employment of femaleuniversity students of science and engineering, this paper, literature research,interviews, questionnaires and surveys sociology, education, psychology, researchmethods, science and engineering through the College representative to investigate,and analyze and process the survey results, focusing on the social factors, schoolfactors, factors such as the three aspects of self that caused the employment of femaleuniversity students of science and engineering reasons for the difficulties. Socialfactors is the overall grim employment situation, employment, competition andincentive market; combined female labor force compared to the natural gap betweenthe lead male labor employer gender discrimination; social legislation is imperfect,some regulations have not been implemented. Factor is higher education: Universityof specialty irrational, not after a thorough investigation to establish new professionalblind, to the established professional failed to carry out assessments, adjustments,human intensified employment of female graduates of science and engineeringdifficulties; science and engineering university-specific boys campus culture is notconducive to the training of women; and employment services to some colleges and universities are not in place to carry out guidance also affected the employment offemale university students. Students themselves factors: the traditional culturalprejudices, patriarchal ideology ease caused by female college students seekingpsychological wanted stability, holding the incorrect concept of career; coupled withfemale students their physical, mental weakness, lack of confidence in employment,there is dependency; itself defects also limit the ability of female students inemployment. Venture factors: the business is the best job, but the currententrepreneurship education colleges and universities generally lagged behind the ideadid not practice for students, the school did not provide platforms.This article also separately from the social, school, female students themselves,the four aspects of business solutions to this problem is proposed that the Governmenthas to solve the employment problems of science and engineering problem of femalecollege students played a leading role, mainly the improvement of legislation, toensure the implementation, with law to eliminate gender discrimination, create a fairemployment environment; vigorously develop the tertiary industry to provide morejobs, establish and perfect the social security system; colleges and universities toconcentrating on reform, and promote individual personnel training, the careerguidance to students throughout the university career has always been, theintroduction of corporate culture to achieve a positive school-enterprise docking,active in helping the work of employment of female graduates employmentdifficulties; students to correct their attitude towards employment, scientific andrational choice, and improve their own quality, enhance employability andcompetitiveness. I hope that through these measures can solve the employmentproblems of science and engineering that female college students make a usefulexploration of social problems.
