Employment Problems And Countermeasures Of Arts Master In Science And Engineering University

With the higher education expansion and the improvement of subject categories, the Arts Master of Science and Engineering University is increasing year by year as well as their employment problems. The Arts graduate of Science and Engineering University is in a relatively disadvantaged position of the whole course of employment. This article attempts to investigate and analyze the questionnaire survey of Arts graduate from Northeastern University to find out the various factors affected the employment of Arts graduate in Science and Engineering University. It also proposes countermeasures and accelerates the Arts graduate of Science and Engineering University to get employed.There are five chapters in my paper. In chapter one, the writer has an introduction to the intention of choosing the topic, significance of this essay, methods, innovation points and all the research about Arts graduate employment status from foreign country and our country. In chapter two, beginning with the questionnaire survey from School of Humanities and Law in Northeastern University, the writer pointed out some problems underlying in Arts graduate employment by analysis and summarizing feature of the data. In chapter three, the writer concerned her investigation on the factors affecting Arts graduate employment. In chapter four, on the basis of the existing problems and their reasons of Arts graduate of Science and Engineering University, some countermeasures are proposed from Arts graduate, colleges, career direction. In chapter five, I conclude the whole paper. The article applied the method of questionnaire survey, interviewing, analysis investigation and comparing investigation. Through the investigating analysis on employment study of Arts graduate in School of Humanities and Law of NortheasternUniversity, this paper got various factors affecting employment Arts graduate, which is in favor of putting forward employment strategy.
