Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Female Graduate Students' Employment From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

In 2009 the impact of the global economic crisis, the graduate enrollment began. However, with the rapid increase of the number of graduate students, graduate students as the elite group education advantage gradually weakened. Especially the female graduate students faced discrimination, gender discrimination and age in the course of employment, leading to female graduate employment is facing enormous difficulties. At the same time, the female graduate students self employment expectations are too high, the lack of practical experience, lack of occupation planning, these factors exacerbated the employment predicament of female graduate students. Although many scholars to research the problem of employment of university students, but the research on graduate employment problem is relatively less, and more concentrated in the view of social gender analysis by female graduate students employment difficulties caused by gender discrimination, it is necessary to study the plight of female graduate employment from the perspective of social work.In this study, from the perspective of ecological system theory, using qualitative research method, the employment difficulties will focus on research issues of female graduate students. The author through in-depth interviews with 10 respondents, about their ideas and to apply for a job in the job search process experience, know they face in the process of employment difficulties, and from the micro, meso, macro system analysis causes of female graduate employment difficulties, and to promote the female graduate students’ employment with relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In addition, emphasizes the important effect of social work to the female graduate students, using the case and group intervention on the employment predicament of female graduate students, in order to alleviate the employment predicament of female graduate students.
