This paper is done mainly by the interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, field survey method, literature material method and the logical analytic method, setting Fujian province17universities as the research object, in view of the current Fujian province colleges and universities sports curriculum resource development status, physical environment with ecological theory as a guide. Basis on reading materials and many literature physical environment with ecological theories, the paper prones into Fujian province university sports curriculum resources development.Outdoor sports curriculum resources can be divided into outdoor sports outdoor sports facilities resources, human resources, outdoor sports outdoor sports curriculum content resources and social resources, these four kinds of resource again by many factors. The author from the ecological perspective to study the physical environment in Colleges and universities of Fujian province sports curriculum resources development, its core idea is the outdoor sports curriculum resources into a system, within the system factor between mutual connection, mutual restrict and influence each other, one factor changes will inevitably affect the outdoor sports curriculum resources the system changes. Through to the Fujian province university sports curriculum resources in each factor of development present situation analysis, found that each factor have a certain degree of inadequacy. Namely each factor in outdoor sports course resources system has the varying degree the unbalance phenomenon, deviate from its own should be location. In this study the use of ecological sport environment theory is the core idea in Universities of Fujian province sports curriculum resources of each factor unbalance, put forward the corresponding strategies.Conclusion:1, application of ecological sports environment theory study I save outdoor sports curriculum resources development problem is feasible;2, physical environment with ecological theory analysis current I save outdoor sports curriculum resources development problem can expand our horizons of thinking;3, from the ecological perspective of physical environment can be regarded as outdoor sports curriculum resources a system, this system includes human resource system, outdoor sports facilities resources system, outdoor sports curriculum resource system and outdoor sports social resources system and other four subsystems, each subsystem and there are a lot of factors. These subsystems and factor through the interaction, mutual influence and the formation of the outdoor sports curriculum resource system of material, energy and information flow;4, the outdoor sports course resources system internal subsystems and each factor has a series of questions, many small factor in some degree from the the equilibrium position, it is the leading cause of outdoor sports course resources system unbalance reason of;5, from the perspective of ecological sports environment optimization of development our province university sports curriculum resources is the essence of outdoor sports curriculum resource system by adjusting the internal subsystems and the factor itself to balance and coordinate the relationship between them, so that it can be in its reasonable position, in order to maintain the balance and stability of the whole system, and realize my province outdoor sports curriculum developments;6, on the basis of ecological sports environment theory proposed by optimization of the development of our province university sports curriculum resources strategy has a certain theoretical reference value.
