The Communication Management In The Design Project Of Indoor Coverage System In Olympic Fencing Gymnasium

As a complement of outdoor base stations, indoor coverage system is a good solution to the problems of premises wireless network coverage, its capacity and quality. With the development of the3G network and the steady growth for the number of3G users, many large buildings has used indoors wireless communication system during the construction process in order to meet the users’needs. However, many complex projects nowadays usually cover large areas, with complex internal structure, difficulty in design and involve many people in different departments. Therefore, communication among these engineers and people in charge has become a tough part of the project. How to efficiently promote successful communication among them is the issue of this paper.In this paper, taking Olympic Fencing Gymnasium as an example, I introduce some possible solutions to the communicative problems in such projects. First of all, this paper introduces a possible communicative management process. After that, it analyzes the characteristics of the project, its communications planning, information release, and performance reporting and stakeholder management in details.Then, it tells us how to turn theory of communicative management into practice. At the same time, it cites many cases, like high gain antenna scheme, joint bridge scheme and the design and construction of IBC area. It analyzes the communicative methods among different people as well as the communication on some special occasions, such as great changes in the process of the project, collaboration among many professionals and emergent communication. Finally, it summarizes the difficulties in large projects like this and discusses the efficient execution according to the different stages in the project.
