To improve the vocational education teaching ability of the teachers who serve in secondary vocational schools, the competent governmental agency actively boosts the training project “practice by the teachers of secondary vocational schools in enterprise". Successful implementation of a project depends upon effective communication management. The human-oriented concept is always upheld through the processes of initiation, planning, and implementation, monitoring and closing of a project. Communication management is indispensable whenever “human-related” affair is involved. Therefore, sound communication management is essential to successful implementation of a project.This Paper sets forth communication management issues in association with the training project “practice by the teachers of secondary vocational schools in enterprise”(“the Project”) undertaken by Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.(“Jiuzhou”), in order to improve communication management efficiency of the Project, enhance the management level, thus successfully achieving the project objectives.In addition, this Paper provides the general information about the Project, and points out the fact that the progress and training quality of the Project is affected adversely due to ineffective communication management; as a consequence, the actual results of the Project are inconsistency with the expected ones. In this Paper, the basic communication management features of the Project are identified, and communication management problems arising out of this Project are analyzed from six aspects: organizational structure, initiation, planning, and implementation, monitoring and closing processes of the Project. Furthermore, improvement suggestions are put forward in respect of the communication management during the five processes. Finally, the Paper concludes that the communication management of the Project shall be further standardized, so as to implement it in a more scientific and effective way.This Paper, by putting forward the improvement methods for communication management of the Project, plays a guiding role in implementation of this Project, and can be used as reference for other training projects.
