Abstract:Peer conflict is an important issue for the preschool educator. The right way of handling peer conflict originates from the appropriate intervening way of adult conflict.The investigation of the view of this problem of different groups on this problem is helpful to develop appropriate intervening way of child’s peer conflicts. With two videos which teachers intervening peer conflicts of children, this study adopts qualitative research method, multivocal ethnography, literature method, interview method and other research methods to interview some kindergarten teachers, parents and students majoring in preschool education on the basis of the relevant documents.Teachers’various views on child’s peer conflicts are influenced by the management system of kindergarten. Because of the management modes of kindergarten, teachers are inclined to intervene peer conflicts negatively and rudely. While parents of children intend to control and guide peer conflicts. Actually, the two tendencies show two different parenting styles. Considering ideals and teaching practices, the students who major in preschool education and kindergarten teachers have different ideas of the problem.Based on the separate perspectives of teachers, parents and students majoring in preschool students, the writer thinks that administrators of kindergarten should make teacher involve managing and provide opportunity for teachers to exchange ideas; While teachers and parents should have various forms of cooperation about child’s peer conflict. At the same time, the administrators should help students to build bridges between their ideals and teaching practices, and lay emphasis on developing related training for teachers.
