Conflict behavior among children can not be avoided. It will occur in all age classes of kindergartens. There will be different forms of conflict among children for different reasons. Some people will strictly prohibit conflicts among children. They think that this behavior is harmful to children's physical and mental development, but its educational significance is immeasurable.More and more children learn how to communicate and get along with others from conflicts.Researchers believe that conflict has become an important part of children's life.If teachers and parents can correctly treat and guide the conflict behavior between children, not only can the negative impact of conflict be transformed into favorable factors, but also can promote the socialization of children. In the process of conflict resolution, the proportion of teachers' intervention is relatively large, and the effect of teachers' intervention directly affects the quality of peer conflict resolution.Teachers' reasonable intervention in the process of conflict can also promote the socialized development of children. Therefore, this study uses observation, case analysis, literature, interviews and other methods to analyze the current situation of teacher intervention in children's peer conflict,so as to explore strategies to improve the effectiveness of teacher intervention in children's peer conflict.Firstly, this paper elaborates the reason why the author chose this research topic from three aspects, describes the significance of this research to the practical work of early childhood education, and defines the concepts related to peer conflict of early childhood.Secondly, the current situation of teachers' intervention behavior is analyzed in detail from the types of activities, ways, attitudes, stages and effects of teachers' intervention in peer conflict. Then, the stage of teacher intervention in peer conflict is divided into three stages. The intervention behavior of teachers is studied from the aspects of pre-conflict,conflict and post-conflict,and the relationship between the consequences of teacher intervention and intervention methods, attitude and interaction between teachers and children is analyzed.Thirdly, from the aspects of teachers' intervention behavior, implementation of intervention behavior, and the effect of intervention after conflict, this paper explores the problems of teachers' intervention in conflict and the influencing factors of such problems. Finally,it puts forward some strategies to improve the effect of peer conflict intervention for front-line kindergarten teachers from the aspects of intervention concept, intervention consciousness, intervention attitude, intervention mode and Reflection on intervention behavior.
