This paper summarizes the research achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars from the media diversification, deeply discusses the media and the development of media connotation, characteristic, function and, through the questionnaire, forum, individual interview method etc., the paper studies the influence of media diversity on college students in present situation and analyzes the media diversity on college students, the positive influence on moral concept, life attitude, value orientation of the negative impact and the reason of the influence, pertinently puts forward the strengthening of media ethics from with the construction of the laws, the students’media diversification development to adapt to the psychological quality and comprehensive ability.
