Objective: To study dance sports influence of physical and mental health level offemale students through explore the literature and experiments, quantitativeevaluation of the physical and psychological effects of dance sports teaching, toprovide data to support for science and objective evaluation of the exercise value ofthe dance sports teaching, through dance sport teaching effectively promote thefemale students’ health of physical and mental, fully embodies the College Physicaland Health Education "health first" teaching objectives, and to further promote theteaching and promotion of sport dances.Methods: The study on the basis of literature research, is experimental study ofdance sports physical and mental health of the female students,38female collegestudents were randomly divided into experimental group (19students who elective theDance Sport courses) and control group (19students who elective courses isnon-dance sports).when the teaching begin and end, to test and assessment on theirbody shape, cardiopulmonary function, balance,flexibility, psychological. bodyshape measurements bust, waist, hip, upper arm circumference, thigh circumference,calf circumference, weight, body fat percentage; heart and lung functionmeasurements FVC, surround degree difference of breath, respiratory endurance, steptest index; balance and flexibility measurements flexibility, vestibular function,proprioception, and functional movement test; Psychological use psychologicalsymptoms self rating scale SCL-90, scoring on index of somatic symptoms, sensitiveinterpersonal relation, depression, anxiety, hostile, terror, paranoid, psychoticism. Test index comparison between groups use independent sample t-test, before and afterteaching index compares use the matching T test.Results: The index changes after teaching experiments①body shape indicators:Dance Sport members of the group body weight, thigh circumference, body fatpercentage occurred in a very significant change, the weight reduced1.43kg, Thighreduced1.86cm, body fat percentage lost0.92%,there is the most significantdifference between begin and end(P <0.01);there is significant difference on waistcircumference, hip circumference, calf circumference between before and aftercontrast (P <0.05), waist circumference decreased by1.89cm, hip circumferencedecreased by1.17cm, leg circumference reduced0.9cm; average chestcircumference and upper arm circumference circumference decreased by about0.74cm and0.7cm, but it is not a significant differences between before and after. Dancesports group and the non-dance sports group test morphological indicators of contrast,there is no significant difference, Dance Sport group weight, bust, waist, hip, upperarm circumference, thigh circumference measured data better than the non-sportsdance group, for example, The thigh Dance Sport group of girls less than non-sportsdance group2.34cm.②Heart and lung function indicators of change: before andafter the teaching the dance sports group girls FVC index and breathe degree issignificantly different (P<0.05), vital capacity index to improve the7.6, breathingdifferential increase in the1.65cm in; lung capacity and step test index, enduranceresults showing a upward trend, including vital capacity of270.58ml. Dance Sportgroup and non-dance sports group comparison, no significant difference in lungcapacity and vital capacity index and step experimental results, while there is asignificantly difference in breathing degree between the two groups, the differencewas1.6cm (P <0.01).③After the test, balance and flexibility of Dance Sport group:between before and after,eyes closed and use one leg standing is significant different(P <0.05), hold time is longer than before26seconds; migration distance of steppingexperiments, repetitive movements reduction single limb left lower limb offset Angle,single limb right lower limb migration distance, combination right arm migrationdistance before and after difference is very significant (P <0.01), step experiment migration distance is improved19.96cm, repetitive movements reduction single limbleft lower limb11.13°, angle offset accurately, single right lower limb from limbpartial reduced1.42cm, combination right arm migration distance1.61cm; repeat theaction to restore the offset of one limb left lower extremity, the combination of the leftupper extremity offset the combination of the left lower limb angle, the combinationof the left lower extremity offset the difference before and after a significant (P <0.05),the angle decreases by about10°offset narrowing1-1.44cm, and the all the rest ofthe test angle offset the experiment than before accurate; test Dance Sport groupcompared with the non-sports dance group, single legs and eyes closed standing timedifference was significantly (P <0.05), the retention time of the dance sports groupthan the non-dance sports, head of23.42seconds; repeat the action to restore thesingle-limb right arm angle, offset of the right upper limb of a single limb, one limbleft lower extremity partial angle, the left lower extremity of one limb offset offset ofthe right lower extremity of one limb, the combination of the left upper limb angle,the combination of moving the offset of the left upper extremity, the combination ofthe right upper limb offset, the combination of the left lower limb angle, steppingexperiments declination test Dance Sport group significantly different (P <0.05) thannon-sports dance group, angel of Dance Sport group is accurater than the non-dancesports dance group from7.91°to13.64°, distance of Dance Sport group is accuraterthan the non-sports dance group0.77-1.79cm, and the rest of the measured data ofDance Sport group is better than the non-Dance Sport Group precise. Flexibility interms of dance sports group Sit and Reach change significantly (P <0.05) than beforethe test3.39cm; dance sports group Sit and Reach more than non-sports dance group0.57cm; two sets of basic motor ability test contrast, the two sets of score differencesis very significant (P <0.01), sports and dance group,2.42points higher; squat inseven groups of movements, linear lunge squat the most significant difference (P<0.01), dance sports group are higher non-dance sports group0.89points,0.53points,another hurdle aircraft, control body push-ups the two groups were significantlydifferent (P <0.05), the Dance Sport respectively0.58points higher than the non- dance sports dance group,0.53points.④psychological indicators test Dance Sportgroup of female college students interpersonal sensitivity, depression factorimprovement is very significant (P <0.01), factor scores were reduced by0.31,0.28,summarization, anxiety, terror, psychotic symptoms factor improvement wassignificant (P <0.05), factor scores were reduced by0.13to0.24; test the factor of twoexperimental groups no significant difference, but the sports dance group all the dataare better than non-sports dance group, summarization, obsessive-compulsivesymptoms, interpersonal sensitivity symptoms of depression, anxiety, hostility, terror,paranoia, psychosis factor scores were superior than non-sports dance group from0.04to0.36. But with the national norm comparison regardless of Dance Sport groupor non-sports dance group, in addition to Dance Sport group summarization factorscore below the norm0.02, the rest are all higher than the norm, that is thepsychological indicators of female students is not optimistic remains to be furtherimproved.Conclusion: Dance Sport through a semester of teaching, the students body formof weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calfcircumference, percentage body fat indicators; heart and lung function, lung capacity,vital capacity index, breathing degree; balance and flexibility of the vestibularstability, proprioception, Sit and Reach, indicators of functional motor ability;psychological summarization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, horror,mental illness factors and other indicators have significantly improved. So theconclusion is Dance Sport could promote physical and mental health of femalecollege students, Dance Sport is worth to continue the promotion in colleges anduniversities...
