The so-called sunshine sports is that schools at all levels toform a strong campus atmosphere of physical exercise and full participation in masssports culture of exercise, to attract the majority of young students to the playground,into the nature, come under the sun, and active participation in the physical exercise,develop interests and habits of physical exercise, and improve students’ physical health.Sunlight sports statement has indicated the clear mentality and the explicit direction forthe middle school sports development.Table Tennis as our country’s national sport has long been an invincible position inthe World Table Tennis. One of its prosperous reasons is that the table tennis is verypopular in our country and has broad popular base. With the continuing reform ofschool sports and health courses, table tennis in high school sports has been morewidely to carry out. Nevertheless, I believe that table tennis in the secondary levels ofeducation is not so satisfactory. Based on this, I select "Luoyang City" as a researchbase, using literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, logic and other methods on arandom sample of Luoyang City,16schools (eight middle schools and eight high school)to conduct a survey and the research results are as follows:(1) Overall, Sun sports is good in Luoyang.school leaders, teachers and studentsknow about Sun sports and actively cooperate with the activities of teachers andstudents, taking concrete actions to truly implement the call of one hour of exercise perday.(2) Luoyang junior high school to ensure that each class has three physicaleducation classes per week and have two physical education classes per week per classin high school. Junior high school physical education is not based on the content oftextbooks and teaching materials derailed.High school students can choose their favoritesports in PE class.(3)The investment of luoyang City College in the table tennis venue, equipment issmall.
