The Guidelines of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020) suggest that we give priority to education. Scientific literacy, the all-round development of people will need,is an important part of the national quality.It is our country’s basic education phase of the important training goal,too. Enacted in2001of the national primary and middle school science curriculum standard "marks the science of education stage compulsory in our country entered a new historical stage education.21century is the era of talent as the core competitive ability.lt is the challenge of education workers how to for educatees based education stage next solid foundation in learning ability, thinking ability, etc.Teachers and students are two elements of the condition as education activities object,which is very importent to the education effect. As the developers, the organizer, the guide of a valid course, theacher and their knowledge directly affect the teaching activities and the implementation of student learning effect. The teacher with reasonable knowledge structurewill become the facilitator of the effective implementation science course. I accepted six years of system science education and have two semesters of science teacher practice.I found a few phenomenon:①Elementary school science teacher lack of the attention of themselvies knowledge structure.②Science education professional course constitution has a problem.③The research of the elementary school science teacher knowledge structure is not enough.This paper used the literature analysis, classroom observation and depth interview of research methods.It talks about the definition of the knowledge,elementary school science course characteristic and the new curriculum reform the actual needs, teacher professional development.It analysis and study the knowledge structure of the elementary school science teacher from the knowledge structure of the quality and quantity of knowledge structure of the two dimensions.It gives the many kinds of ways to consummate elementary school science teacher knowledge structure.I’m looking forward to put forward a constructive opinions about science education undergraduate and master’s graduate coursecurriculum, in-service teacher professional development.The research about the knowledge structure of teacher education is not only a developing original problem,but also a actual problems to be solved in the new curriculum reform.This paper have the following innovations on this subject:firstly,the knowledge structure of elementary school science teachers is the main body of research for the first time, research elementary school science teacher perfect reasonable knowledge structurefrom in a science system from ontology knowledge, strategic knowledge and practical knowledge three aspects.Secondly,School-based research is the important ways to optimizate the knowledge structure.Its cheapper management cost and economic cost,higher degree of participation of teachers, easier to spread are recognized. We hope to achieve this goal that a large-scale primary school science teachers’professional development in the relatively short time.
