| Due to the change of Society and environment, both sides of the couple into the workplace have become the mainstream of the family structure, so work family conflict has become increasingly prominent. Studies have shown that work family conflict can bring many negative consequences, such as fatigue, depression, absenteeism, or even resignation. Although many people are facing work-family conflict, but the work-family conflict of high school teachers has its own characteristic. To find effective means of regulation is extremely important and urgent. Because the problems of high school teachers don’t only effect teachers’physical and mental health and well-being experience but also affect the students’physical and mental health, and the formation and development of healthy personality.This study focuses on the differences of high school teachers work family conflict in demographic variables by questionnaires; the relationships among social support, high school teachers work family conflict and subjective well-being. First of all, on the basis of previous research the social support questionnaire is revised to meet the need of the research. Secondly the moderating effect of the support is testing between work-family conflict and SWB. Based on these findings, we explore strategies which mitigate work family conflict. It will be great significant for enhancing well-being of teachers. Conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The revised social support questionnaire is more credible and effective, which will be available for follow-up study.2. In work-family conflict, male teachers perceive higher levels of conflict than female teachers. In family-work conflict, compared with male teachers, female teachers perceive higher level of conflict.3. In children, those teachers who have children perceive higher work-family conflict than those who haven’t children.4. In marital station, married teachers perceive significantly higher work-family conflict than the unmarried teachers. 5. In the years of teaching, the teachers who have worked between6and20years perceive the highest level of work-family conflict;6. In the title, the teachers who are entitled higher title perceived more negative impact of work on the family.7. In duties, compared with the other teachers, the leaders of academic research perceive higher the level of work-family conflict.8. In income, the teachers who income less than3,000¥each month perceive higher level work-family conflict than those who income more than3,000.9. Compared with the junior school teacher, high school teachers experience higher two-way conflict from work and family.10. In work environment, compared with teachers in urban, rural teachers experience higher two-way conflict from work and family.11. In weekly teaching load, teachers who work more than12hours perceive higher work-family conflict than who work less than12hours each week.12. Social support plays a positive role in moderating the relationship between work-family conflict and subjective well-being.13.
