Work and family are the two major life roles that every individual must face in his life.Boundary theory holds that work and family have their own unique fields.However,with the increase of work requirements,boundaries in the work field will invade the boundaries of the family field,resulting in conflicts between work and family fields,that is,in management studies Work-Family Conflict "issue.How does the field of work invade the family field? Is there any way to stop or mitigate working-family conflicts?In addition to the research on working-family conflict based on the theory of boundary,the academic circles also discussed the definition and the related research of working-family conflict from the aspects of the role-stress theory,social identity theory,social support theory and cultural background theory.The research on working-family conflict by international and domestic scholars also provides theoretical and practical significance to the research.College teachers,"the teacher,so preach puzzling also","learn as a teacher,as a body," the value of standards,making college teachers in the field of work,or in the family life and other non-work areas,are To bear the more obvious work-family conflict.Therefore,in this paper,college teachers as the research object,through the literature research method to determine the main work characteristics of college teachers,questionnaires to collect data collection,and the use of interviews with the study object to exchange the rest of the file,and then use the structural equation modeling approach to study the work Areas-specifically the impact of organizational support,job stress and job autonomy on work-family conflict.In this study,organizational support as an independent variable,job stress,job autonomy as an intermediary variable,working-family conflict as a dependent variable.Through this study,it is found that organizational support has a significant negative relationship with family conflict in college teachers' work and that job stress has a relatively stable and systematic positive predictive effect on the work-family conflict among college teachers.Specifically,the standardized correlation coefficient between organizational support(significance level ? = 0.001)and work-family conflict is-0.263;and the standardized correlation coefficient between work stress(significance level ? = 0.05)and work-family conflict Was 0.475.However,there was no significant relationship between job autonomy and work-family conflict(however,some scholars think there is a negative correlation between the two).Therefore,this article provides some suggestions on how to relieve college teachers' work-family conflict through three aspects: organizational support,work pressure and work autonomy,including: adopting different organizational support policies according to different working stages of college teachers,College teachers to provide job stress management strategies to improve the autonomy of college teachers and other arrangements.
