Based On The Basic Education Network Resource Effective Development Of Data Mining Application And Innovation Strategy Research

Construction of basic educational network resources is not only the important link to realize the basic educational informationization, but also an important content of the public service system in basic education construction. Along with the country’s continuous investment on basic educational resources construction, many educational resource centers based on all levels successive completion, our country has formed the educational resources service system from top to bottom. Basic educational network resources from both the quantity、the quality、the content、the discipline and media type、the development standard and organizational form,have made the remarkable progress and development.However, the construction of basic educational network resources had cost the great human, material and financial resources. What is the present actual situation of development? How is the benefit of application? Could the existing resources meet the new changes and new needs in education? These problems are all to be analysised and concerned by all levels of education administrative department, the schools and education workers and scientific research institutions.In2010, the State Council issued 《The National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline》, to strengthen the development and application of educational resources, make full use of the advanced technology to integrate the existing resources, innovate the mechanism and management mode, strengthen the construction of educational resources system. In order to deal with the job and make clear the above problems, it’s necessary for us to clean up the present situation and problem of basic educational network resources construction based on the actual, research、analysis and summary the experiences and lessons, after a period of special investment and concentrate construction; explore a combining way of effective development and innovation application, to provide decision support and beneficial enlightenment for the follow-up basic educational network resources planning^development、application.At present, the domestic scholar has earried out a large number of research on the basic educational network resources construction. Throughout the research status, Although these research involves the resources supply、demand and configuration, sharing mechanism, the construction situation and development strategies, has also played a guiding significance;but many of the research has analyzed the problem from the qualitative angle,most results were theoretical research for the macro level more, lack of practicality.Therefore, this study absorb and draw upon of the success research results at home and abroad, establish the constructivism learning theory、humanistic learning theory and education confidence ecological theory as the basic guiding theory, use the data mining technology, do some activity research and empirical research, do mining analysis on the present situation of countries basic educational resources network, and then put forward the strategies on effective development and innovative application for basic educational network resources, which based on the visual display and mining results, with the expectation of providing beneficial enlightenment.Therefore, this article descript the issue from the following several aspects:Part Ⅰ:The background and study reviewed. In the introduction, the author firstly descript and prove the research background, significance of this topic, then analysis the research objects and research content, confirmed the topic the methods adopted. In chapter2, the author analysis the basic present situation of education resources research at home and abroad,the current situation of data mining study, and define some core concepts in the study.Part Ⅱ:Theoretical basis analysis and interpretation. In chapter3, the author discuss the constructivism learning theory、humanistic learning theory and education information ecological theory, and make further explanation on its development and fusion while guiding the practice of educational network resources construction.Part Ⅲ:Data mining project analysis and implementation. In chapter4, the author introduce the data mining and other related knowledge, then clarify the confusion between data mining and other concepts in existing literature. In chapter5, the author first expound the general situation of countries basic educational resources network.In chapter6, define the project, collect clean and convert the data, understand the user information, analysis the users download and search behavior, analysis the existing resources quantity and using efficiency, establish clustering analysis and time series model, divide group according to users’features, analysis time rule of users’download hehavior.Part Ⅳ:Put forward strategies and feasibility Suggestions. In chapter7, according to data mining results, the author firstly praise CBERN’s important leading and demonstrating role in the basic education resources sharing and service. Then based on the existing problems, this paper analysis the future challenges, Finally, put forward four strategies from the resource utilization, resources construction of openness, timeliness and resource response for basic education network resources effective development; put forward some strategies for resources innovative application based on the people-oriented spirit and education ecological concept.Part V:Summary and outlook. In the ending part, the author summarize the achievements, the features and innovative points in this research, look at the shortcomings objectively. Then Clear the direction of subsequent research. Finally, making prospect on the basic education network resources construction in the future.
