| Equal opportunities in education process, as an important element of equal opportunities foreducation, is one of the important subject of Sociology of education. More and more attentionhave been paid on the subject by some people, but less empirical researchs have done. Therefor,on the basis of existing research, scientific investigation methods, such as observation,questionnaires, interviews, etc, are taken in this thesis through in-depth classroom field surveys.This thesis includes the following sections:The first part is about the reason of the choose this topic. Starting from the content andinterpretation of the concept of equal opportunities in education, this part analysing some pointfrom some scholar about it, and then further studies on further investigations of the connotationof the equal opportunities for education.The second part is about the empirical researchs of the equal opportunities in educationprocess. The results show: The teachers will divide the students into4types,"model student","focus learning student","focus-free students" and "focus discipline students". The teachersprefer "model student", have high expectation on them, gave them more opportunities toacquire cultural knowledge and to enhance capacity, found the errors they made in time,response has been more positive than criticize,Teachers have a positive effect on them; Theteachers have high expectation on "focus learning student", pay more attention on them in andafter class, Teachers on their learning effect; The teachers have seldom communion with"focus-free students" and low expectation on them, often ignore these students, Teachers on therole of little; The teachers have more communion with "focus discipline students", know themwell,and give them moral education than impart knowledge to them, and have no hope onthem, Teachers for their negative effects.The third part is about the analysis of the factor that affect the equal opportunity foreducation.Mainly from3parts to analysis,which is education and teaching system,actors andeducation and teaching environment.Education and teaching system is restricted to thetraditional concept of education, single teaching organizational form and One-sided evaluationsystem; Actors are related to the teachers and studets; Education and teaching environment isrelated to the school climate and the class environment.The forth part is about approach on the solution for promote equal opportunity for education.On the basis of the analysis before,some methods to solve the problem of equal opportunity foreducation is proposed. |
