At present, the development of Wushu has become the biggest problem to Wushuresearchers. the traditional culture of China, wants to go towards the world, and it must becombined with modern scientific theory, following a scientific, standardized, andinternational development road. The study is about sports biomechanics research on Wustyle Taijiquan bow step action, with modern scientific theory knowledge to explain thetechnical movement of Wu Style Taijiquan bow step action and the Taijiquan theory, providing some scientific data for the technical movement of Wu style Taijiquan bow stepaction, making the inheritance and promotion of Wu style Taijiquan more rational, digital andvisualized, and providing digital support for more objective Wu style Taijiquan bow stepaction’s evaluation standard.During this research, the researchers by means of sports biomechanics three-dimensional space system, FAB proprioceptive system and plantar pressure system, theWu style Taijiquan bow step action to be tested; then, use the corresponding software todata processing, and the original data using the spss1.80system with statistical analysis;finally, after statistical processing of the data to the interpretation and evaluation of thetechnical movement of Wu Style taijiquan bow step action and the Taijiquan theoryThrough analysis, we can draw the conclusion as follows,NO.1, the knee joint averageangle should be123.419degrees during the processes of Wu Style Taijiquan bow stepaction, which is conducive to the knee joint flexibility and maximum strength play.NO.2,Taijiquan is talking about "how to avoid leaning to either side of it," the body is relativelystraight and keep relative rather than absolute vertical. During the processes of Wu StyleTaijiquan bow step action, the body bent degree should control at0to10degreesfluctuations within;NO.3, Wu Style Taijiquan in bow step action process, focus mainly on legdoes not affect the bow step movement stability. Wu Style Taijiquan with the characteristicsof virtual and real, in the fitness process increase range of motion, but also increase theamount of exercise, so as to achieve better effect of fitness;NO.4,The third stage of WuStyle Taijiquan in bow step action process to control hip joint speed can be effective inpreventing" kneeling" phenomenon. In this stage the bow step land on full foot and thengravity moving forward after ankle dorsiflexion process, and the whole gravity focus mainlyby the ankle and knee, and the knee joint is not strong enough to support when hipexcessive speed, then there will be " kneeling" phenomenon.
