Kinematics Analysis Of Wang Xi'an's "Dan Bian" By The Inheritance Of Chen Style Taijiquan

Chen style Taijiquan is an excellent national traditional sports project in China.Its unique national culture and technical style attract a large number of practitioners and enthusiasts.With the increasing prosperity of the development of the Chen style Taijiquan,the requirements of the inheritance and practitioners for the quality of technology have also increased.There are some limitations in the teaching of technical details that can not be easily detected in the course of inheritor teaching and practitioner training.Nowadays,the technological progress of informatization and dataization has provided the possibility for the digital research of Chen tai chi,which has created the conditions for perfecting quantitative and objective evaluation indicators,and enabling the majority of Chen tai chi lovers to understand more intuitively and grasp the technical details that are not easy to detect.It plays an important role in promoting the popularization and development of Chen style Taijiquan.The "single whip" action is one of the classic movements in the Chen style Taijiquan movement and contains rich technical techniques.This study uses the Vicon optical motion capture system to study the "single whip" movement as an entry point,inviting the National intangible cultural heritage and Chen Tai Chi Chuan Wangxian as the object of action display.Three dimensional spatial values of the change trend of center of gravity,the change angle of trunk and the change angle of six joints were selected for data collection.During the period,he drew on the help and guidance of many people such as kinematics and Chen Tai Chi Chuan.He consulted a large amount of relevant data and combined the principles of kinematics,anatomy,and boxing theory to conduct logical analysis of quantitative indicators of movements.In order to present the technical details implicit in the "single whip" action,the quantitative indicators will become the data support for the teaching and training of Chen style Taijiquan.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the course of the "single whip" action,the center of gravity shows a trend of "?" arc line change on the horizontal plane,reflecting themain characteristics of the Chen style Taijiquan "winding around the waist as the axis".It also verified the technical characteristics of the Chen style Taijiquan "back arc".2 In the course of the "single whip" action,the three-dimensional space change value of the trunk is maintained at about 8 °,reflecting the physical characteristics of the Chen style Taijiquan "standing upright and impartial".3 In the BC stage of the "single whip" action,the waist and hip turn left3.56 °,the trunk turn left 1.31 °,and the negative correlation between the right movement of the upper limb and the left movement of the lower extremity and knee joint forms the upper and lower "spiral binding force".The high degree of synergy between the upper and lower limbs has realized the technique of "up and down" and "failure to attract strength." 4 In the process of "single whip" action,the negative correlation between the internal and external rotation movements of the left and right lower extremities formed the left and right "spiral binding force." According to the change trend of the center of gravity in the vertical axis and the horizontal plane,the Taijiquan theory of "spiral everywhere" and "spiral winding" is presented.5 During the "single whip" action,the force starts from the right lower extremity ankle joint,the knees and hip joints extend in turn,and the rotation of the waist and hip leads the upper extremities to the order of movement of the shoulders,elbows,and wrists.The core technical features that are emphasized in the Chen style Taijiquan theory that "its roots are on the feet,it is on the legs,it is dominated by the waist,it is passed on the shoulders,it is pushed on the elbows,and it is shaped in the hands" section are highly consistent.
