In2003the Ministry of Education issued" the full-time ordinary high school sportsand health curriculum standards (experimental draft)"(hereinafter referred to as thenew" standard"), it not only puts forward the new concept of education and teachingideas, but also in many aspects different from previous PE teaching outline. The InnerMongolia Autonomous Region from2009September to the formal implementation ofthe new" standard". This paper attempts through part of the city of Chifeng highschool new" standard" the implementation status of the investigation, analysis anddevelopment suggestions were put forward, as the first-line physical educationteachers to provide practical guidance, provide for the education department in chargeand the reference, for secondary school physical education development and providevaluable information for the high school physical education curriculum reform, andcontribute to the development of a point modest.In this paper, access to relevant information, and payment of the questionnaire,consulting experts, on-site to observe the physical education and other methods on thepart of high school in Chifeng City, teacher training, physical education curriculum,resource development and utilization of the optional sports teaching, sports courses,credit system, and sports teaching evaluationand other aspects of the investigation,trying to fully understand the Chifeng City in high school the new“standard”implementation of the status quo, according to the research and analysis, preliminarydraw the following conclusions:(1)Chifeng city high school the new" standard" implementation of the status quo ofoverall situation like more than care. Physical education curriculum emphasis, thelocation equipment and the local education is the main reason that restricts its smoothimplementation.(2)Chifeng city high school physical education teacher education and professionaltitle structure is reasonable, the whole teachers age slants big, young teachers’quantity is small, a few teachers of the traditional education idea is manacled greatly.(3)Chifeng municipal education departments actively carry out the new" standard"before the implementation of the training principles and after the implementation ofthe supervision mechanism.(4)Chifeng City, the majority of high school physical education teachers to activelychange the role of teacher. In the process of teaching, teachers pay more attention tostudents’ physical and mental development of the use of the methods of teaching andevaluation, and he (she) have on the development and utilization of curriculum resources.(5)Chifeng city most senior high school physical education teachers think that thenew" standard" evaluation system and credit system setting ideal, has somedifficulties.
