The development of ideological and political education obtains invaluable chancebecause of the era of human orientation. Ideological and political education must persisthuman-oriented and then gains actual effect for sure. As an important constitute ofsenior education in our country, senior professional education already acquire certaineffect in the ideological and political education practice with the development of itselfand introduction of human-oriented ideology. But the research and explore should bein-depth and comprehensive in case of carrying out human orientation, studentorientation and student’s developing and talent orientation. Senior professionaleducation has a lot of features, being different from common senior education. Theapplication of human-oriented ideology in ideological and political education of seniorprofessional college is the improvement and innovation of traditional model ofideological and political education. And it is also the succession and development ofMarxism.This paper tries to research the specific characteristics of ideological and politicaleducation of senior professional education compared with general senior college. On thebasis of this research, it explores the application methods and implement approaches ofideology of human orientation aimed at the main issues of current ideological andpolitical education of senior professional college. The discussion is mainly divided intofour parts.The first chapter: the necessity of carrying out the ideology of human orientation insenior professional college. The part explores scientific meaning of ideology of humanorientation from the historic view. It researches the correlative theory elements, realisticfoundation and important significance of applying to the ideological and politicaleducation of senior professional college, combining with contemporary relative politicaldocuments and the specific characteristics of ideological and political education ofsenior professional college.The second chapter: the actuality analysis of current ideological and politicaleducation of senior professional college. This chapter mainly researches the developingprocess of senior professional education and the characteristics of senior professionalstudents by antitheses. And the part summarizes the main achievement which have beenobtained by human orientation applying to ideological and political education of seniorprofessional college. Furthermore analyses the existing main issues of currentideological and political education of senior professional college from educationideology, education goals, education contents and ways. And then finds out the causesof these issues.The third chapter: application of human-oriented ideology in ideological and political education of senior professional college. This chapter discusses the appliedgoals, contents, methods and approaches of human orientation from four aspects,according the existing main issues currently of ideological and political education ofsenior professional college and the specific characteristics of senior professional collegedifferent from general senior college’s ideological and political education.The applying research of human-oriented ideology in ideological and politicaleducation of senior professional college adapts the trend of educational reform affectedby scientific outlook on development. The above discussion and analysis has certainrealistic directing significance on that human-oriented ideology gains extensive supportand well abidance in senior professional college.
