Research Of The Professional Value Orientation Of Impoverished College Students In Guangxi Province

At present,The world is in the rapid development of the political multi-polarization,economic globalization and cultural diversity.Through many years of deepening reform,the economic development,the way of people's life,requirement of job markets,the trend of graduates' employment situation has great changed.The college students' outlook on lives,values and world were all deeply affected by the great changes in social material and spiritual aspects,the extensive integration of international and domestic culture,the various and rapid ways of access to information,which directly affect the evaluation of the future work,choose and the occupation value orientation of impoverished college students.With the rapid development of economy and society,the number of talent demand is growing.Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the number of college graduates is increasing,and the employment situation is increasingly serious.During graduation,the college students especially the impoverished college students,who are not to be neglected,will get more attention from the state and society.Their employment is closely related to economic pressure of their families,the universities' developments and social stability as well as the economic advancement of our country.The factor related to the difficult problem of employment of college graduates,in addition to the development of social economy,market requirement,employment environment and professional settings,the occupation value orientation and occupation concept of impoverished college students are also important.Under background of economic globalization and social development,it is very important to guide them to establish the correct professional value orientation and improve their employment by the ideological and political education as well as occupational guidance.Both in China and abroad,the main object of the research on the professional value orientation of college students is the ordinary college students,In this paper,we will focus on impoverished college students.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the preface,introducing the research background and significance,it analyzes the present situation of the research on college students' professional value orientation at home and abroad;In the second part,it defines the related concepts,and defines the meaning and connotation of the professional value orientation,and it simply discusses the importance of guiding the impoverished college Students to establish correct professional value orientation by strengthening the ideological and political education.In the third part,on the basis of the relevant theories and research achievements about college students' value orientation and the career choice by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire and interviews methods to collect the data of impoverished college students' professional value orientation to discuss the current situation,and it analyzes the influences on professional value orientation of impoverished college students.In the fourth part,according to the influencing factors,the paper puts forward the ideas,methods and Countermeasures to lead the impoverished college students to set up correct professional value orientation and facilitate their employment.
