Through thestudy concluded:1. Preschool physical education laws, regulations of the region better,but carrying out inadequate;2. Kindergarten Director, teacher and child care parentspreschool physical education awareness there is a certain amount of deviation;3.Preschool physical education process with the local physical environment， rich content,teaching of histological observation of diverse sports before;4. Facilities of factorsaffected the further development of preschool physical education in the region;5.Preschool physical education in the community and the importance of family and thesituation is not good.For the above conclusions, Improvement of preschool physical education in urbanareas in the West of Hunan province countermeasure and suggestion:1. Clear, detailedrules and regulations, increase the intensity of the implementation;2. Establish andimprove the kindergarten management institutions and systems;3.
