Group Counseling And College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Research

College students are valuable talent and the future of our motherland. Talent’training is a comprehensive system that relate to many areas and many elements, sowe can’t draw a simple. The ideological and political education development in Chinahas a long history, and in the college students’ ideological and political education wehave also have a lot of achievements, and we have accumulated valuable experience.But we must realize that, with the socialist market economy be gradually established,the ideological and political education have appeared with many kinds of new cases,so the traditional and single method has not solve the complex psychological andthought problems of college students, especially the college students’ psychologicalproblems increasingly highlighting. The effectiveness of the ideological and politicaleducation gradually appeared shortage. Striving to expand effective ways of thecollege students’ ideological and political education under the new situation willbecome the heart of the matter that need to be resolved.Group counseling and college students’ ideological and political education belongsto different disciplines, and in the theoretical basis, education contents and educationmode, purpose and effect of the work on the evaluation has distinction. But, as theeducation resources, they present certain inner link, such as in education goals beingconsistent, in education content and function being complementary, which appear thepossibility of integrating existing. Guiding the technology and methods of consultinggroups into college students’ ideological and political education, will open up a newangle of view from the psychological consultation for college students’ ideologicaland political education, and provide new ideas for college students’ ideological andpolitical education of the education method and the education mode. That has certainresearch value and practical significance to explore and think about solving collegestudents’ ideological and political education facing confusion.This paper discussed from four aspects in the group counseling and collegestudents’ ideological and political education for combination:The first part: In this section, I summarized the concept, the characteristics,function, principles and types of group consulting, so as to establishing theory base for the part of the paper.The second part: In this section, I analyzed and discussed the feasibility of thecombination and the importance of group counseling and college students’ ideologicaland political education, with content and present situation of college students’ideological and political as the breakthrough point and with their internal relations andrealistic conditions of the combination as the basis, which argues consulting grouptechnology and method to improve college students’ ideological and politicaleducation of the pertinence and effectiveness.The third part: In this section, I demonstrated the relationship of group counselingand college students’ ideological and political education in theory from theircombination’s basic conditions—college students’ common problem anddevelopmental problems, based on their existing feasibility factors of the combination.I also argued which method and skill of the group counseling can be referenced andcan be absorbed in the process of the college students’ ideological and politicaleducation.The fourth part: In this section, I argued how to use the method and skill of thegroup counseling in the process of the college students’ ideological and politicaleducation from the point of view of practice. I made some specific cases to show howto use the method and skill of the group counseling in the process of the collegestudents’ ideological and political education.
