The Constructive Study Of The New Model Of Community Management In Tianjin’s Nankai District Based On Collaborative Mechanisms

Market economy has increasingly become the economic entity since Chinaentered a transition period with its reform and opening up. The development ofindustrialization and urbanization has led to the emergence of a new social problem.Namely, many people have been gradually transformed into a social unit fromoriginal enterprise unit, result in community gradually becoming an important part ofpeople’s social life. Thus, community management innovation has become animportant part of social development. Therefore, there is a great social significanceto study community management problems.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of modern social management theories andcombined with the trend of the development of modern society, this paper combedthe current studies on community management and determined the research problem,theme and content of itself. At the same time, the paper analyzed and summarizedscientific methods of community research. Based on the above analysis, it isbelieved that the study on community management must be based on the foundationof theory and practice and that the problem and solution on community managementshould be decided in systematic and scientific way of thinking.Secondly, combined with the main problem in the process of contemporarycommunity management and the practice of community management of NankaiDistrict of Tianjin, the paper analyzed the development history, management mode,system construction and other factors of community management and found the keyfactors that restrict the community management of Tianjin’s Nankai District lie in thetheoretical innovation and change of supervisor mode.Finally, based on the systematic analysis of the community-based managementof Nankai Diatrict, the paper put forward the guiding ideology, basic principles andimportant value of establishing perfect community management. On this basis,specific methods to improve community management and system construction wereintroduced. Furthermore, the paper suggested the specific procedure andimplementation methods for improvement of the community management of NankaiDistrict. It not only contributes to providing a set of complete reform program andmanagement method system for improving and perfecting the community-basedmanagement of Nankai District but also helps to offer some specific managementmethods to promote community management.
