Research On University Students’ Employment Problem Under The Consyrction Of Harmonious Society

To construct a socialist harmonious society is our party and the national goal. Atpresent, our country is in the key period of harmonious society construction whichrequires us to speed up the social construction including improving the livelihood of thepeople. And employment is vital to people’s livelihood, top priority. However, in recentyears, the overall employment situation is very serious including college students in ourcountry. The employment problem of the special group with higher education attractsmore social attention. Therefore, under the background of the harmonious societyconstruction, the further research and study on the employment problems has veryimportant significance in theory and practice.The paper discussed the related problems of college students’ employment under theharmonious society construction, took the university student as the research object, by theproblem of employment as the research content, and integrated the literature materialmethod, experience summary method, comparative method and other methods.The paper is divided into four parts. The second part, mainly involves the related theory, probesinto the problems and research including the harmonious society and college students’employment and other related concept, the same time, discussing the relationship ofharmonious society and college students’ employment, the paper study the presentsituation of the current employment of college students. The third part, mainly analyzesthe problems and reasons of the employment of university students. Based on the nationaloverall employment situation, it put forward that the imperfect employment market, theuncompleted reform, the lower quality of personal college student, the four aspects is thereasons to trace analysis.
