Research About Individual Relationship In Interpersonal Network Model

Interpersonal communication as a human interaction the most basic means ofcommunication happens in everyone’s life. Interpersonal communication embedded inhuman relations and affect human relations as well. The study of human relations haveimportant implications for the study of communication mechanism. Interpersonalcommunication contains emotional factors. People’s relationship will affect bothcommunication intension of the spreader and the trust of the one who accepted theinformation. spreader usually tend to tell the information to those who have close relationwith he. For different relation type have different characteristic, spreader will choosecertain group to spread due to the content of information. Based on the above analysis, thispaper introduced the idea of measuring the strength and type of people’s relationship.In this paper we use methods of social network analysis, propose the variables relatedwith relation type base on the characteristic and the formation process, prose the variablesrelated with relation strength based on the summary of related papers. Collected data fromquestionnaire, use the common method:name generate and name interpreter in study ofego central network. Data analysis contains descriptive statistics、relation analysis、collinearity test and logistic aggression. Finally get the models used in relationshipmeasuring.Application the models to the Interpersonal network modeling. First build theindividual model. generate appropriate rules based on census data and develop a. NETplatform in order to generate individual model fit for certain experiment and the individualmodel builded prove to be reasonable. Then applicate the logistic model to the relationshipnetwork evoluted, get the relation strength and relation type of the induvial connected, theinformation use label to display. Finally analysis the relationship in the network, the resultshow that the distribution of relation strength for certain relation type fit the dada collected from questionnaire and the relation strength fit the hypothesis in sociology and as a resultprove to be reasonable.
