Fitness growing awareness of the masses.Badminton more and more favorite Changsha City Badminton Club development.Through the literature, the questionnaire, logical analysis, mathematical statistics,amateur badminton club operators, coaches and consumers to conduct research andanalysisin Changsha City. Reveals the Changsha City Amateur Badminton ClubCurrent situation and existing problems and countermeasures in the business, topromote the development of amateur badminton club in Changsha City, aims toconduct research on the operating status of the Changsha City Badminton Club, arebetter able to promote Changsha City Badminton the development of the fitnessmarket, provide a reference for the healthy development of the Changsha Cityamateur Badminton Club and to promote the development of the Hunan Province ofbadminton. Through research, the following results.A form of management of the Changsha City Amateur Badminton Club mainly toindividual operators; club charges is a membership-based and fragmented fee-based.Scale of operation of the club’s small and medium; the operational effectiveness of thebadminton club is generally good; Changsha City Badminton Club is locatedgeographically rationally; the club’s business model is mainly a non-chain model.Two operators of amateur badminton club in Changsha City is mainly dominatedby men, a Bachelor degree or above; but the club’s lack of knowledge, most of theclub managers did not participate in the management aspects of the learning ortraining.Amateur badminton club coaches male to female ratio is not reasonable enough inChangsha City mainly in males; age structure presents two middle age the majorityof the pattern; club coaches degree generally lower, coaches’ salaries andbenefits,badminton coaches qualification system is not perfect.More than half of consumers believe that high club fees; consumers to choose the club in accordance with the conditions is the quality of service and facilitiesrequirements of the arena; consumer spending Badminton Club consumers an averagemonthly consumption of200-399yuan;variety of motives; the complexity of thefactors restricting consumer spending.Government on the fitness market, the management system is not perfect; clubmembership management are not in place; club management philosophy is not strongenough, show enough tangible badminton courts and club culture is not enough; theconstruction of the Coaches Club. The role of missing relevant associations; the club’ssports venues and the corresponding standard still lags far behind; club businessmodel behind chain business model; badminton club is not perfect supportingfacilities, and a single management projects.Government to speed up the introduction of relevant policies and measures toregulate the fitness market; Badminton Club should increase the sport and enhance thescientific and practical fitness equipment; Club in conjunction with a variety offactors to formulate a reasonable price; the geographical location of the health club tobe a reasonable choice; tangible demonstration of a variety of ways and promotion ofeffective absorption of the potential consumer groups; the introduction of advancedmanagement experience, and strengthen the management of the coaches, enhance thebadminton club, improve the club’s own system.
