The era of rapid economic development,people's growing material and cultural needs and the backward productivity contradiction has become increasingly prominent,sports market booming,many types of people's physical fitness,badminton has become one of the mainstream way of fitness.As a new first tier city,Chengdu has great potential both in economic and market development,and provides a wider space for badminton development.This paper uses the methods of literature study,interview,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research of Chengdu downtown area 10 business and semi operating badminton hall,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)all day long operation of the club has 6 schools.The club hall is 3,and the 1 is the comprehensive museum.(2)the management of the club has been in operation for at least 4 years.The management has not been professionally trained,the management experience is insufficient,and the managers are more male than female.(3)the club has a fixed member consumption,with a membership and non membership based business model,but the management of the club or the use of the traditional human resource management,the only part of a professional management software(Meipingbadminton professional management software).(4)the consumer age between 18-39 years old,more men than women,most institutions or companies,cultural degree in high school and above,the income is more than 3000,with a stable income.(5)most members of the club move once to two times in the club,each lasting from one hour to more than 1.5 hours.(6)badminton venue facilities can basically meet the needs of consumers,but the quality of service is low,the management staff lack of service consciousness.(7)there are at least 1 full-time coaches,6 full-time coaches,full-time coaches,high salaries,coaches with higher income satisfaction,and full-time coaches.(8)excellent case study of pioneer badminton club,from the management model,infrastructure,management rules and regulations,the overall level is higher than the other clubs in the central area,the other clubs have some reference.The backwardness of the management mode,the outdated facilities and the imperfect facilities are all important factors restricting the development of the club.In order to promote the development of club in downtown area of Chengdu,some suggestions are put forward as follows:(1)adjust the marketing model and improve the utilization rate of the site.(2)strengthen the funds for club venues and facilities,andimprove the venues and facilities.(3)adjust the business model,and increase the pace of innovation.(4)increase publicity and improve the participation of the broad masses of people.(5)improving service quality and creating profit means.(6)strengthen the teaching and technical training of coaches,and improve the overall teaching level of coaches.(7)mutual exchanges between clubs,drawing on successful experience.(8)propose that the business sector strengthen supervision,and the government will provide policy support.
