| In March 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the Implementation Plan for the Outline of the Action Plan for Scientific Quality for All(2016-2020)to make overall arrangements for the Chinese citizens to achieve a leapfrog improvement in scientific quality.Since the introduction of the "Implementation Plan" program,China's mass sports show a good development.Especially in our country,which has a good mass foundation and a high degree of popularization of badminton,the management of amateur badminton clubs is clearly standardized,the hardware facilities of the venue are gradually improved,the supporting service facilities are gradually improved,and the enthusiasm of the masses is unprecedentedly high.Xi'an is an economically developed area in the Northwest.The badminton sport has a high degree of popularity and a good mass base.The badminton club has a rapid development momentum.The amateur badminton club in Xi'an is an important carrier to promote the mass badminton movement in Xi'an.Therefore,it will play an important role in the steady development of the amateur badminton club in Xi'an and the factors that affect its development.This paper takes the development status and influencing factors of Xi'an amateur badminton club as the research object.Eight representative amateur badminton clubs in Xi'an,including A-one Club,Haotian Club,Xigong University Club,Shaanxi Mining Club,Caihua Club,Yuzhimei Club,Wanjia Club and Yude Club,were selected for investigation.Through five methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field investigation method,data analysis method,etc.,the amateur badminton club in Xi'an was investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions were reached:(1)Xi'an Amateur Badminton Club funds are mainly derived from membership fees and business income.They can be divided into three categories: business type,community type,and unit type.They are mainly distributed in areas with a large population and relatively rich economy in urban areas;It consists of two forms: owned space and leased space;However,the service facilities are not perfect enough;(a)Forms of activity are not comprehensive enough;(a)A single channel for advocacy;The government's relevant business authorities have insufficient supervision and support for amateur badminton clubs.(2)The main body of coaches is a special college student who has taught for more than three years and a retired professional athlete.He is mainly part-time and male.His age is mainly concentrated at the age of 30 or less.His academic qualifications are good,his sports level is good,and his teaching and enforcement skills are lacking.The continuing education of coaches needs to be strengthened.(3)The main groups of participants are employees of public institutions,employees of enterprises,and civil servants.The general level of education is high.Men aged 26-55 are mainly motivated by physical fitness.The annual activity expenditure is mainly concentrated on 2000-3000 yuan.The time for badminton enthusiasts to exercise is reasonable.Roughly 2-3 times a week,60-90 minutes each time.(4)The factors affecting the development of Xi'an Amateur Badminton Club are: facilities propaganda factors;Club management,operating factors;Participants 'cognitive factors;Club organization factors;Coaching factors;Geography and toll factors and safety factors.(5)The development countermeasures of Xi'an Amateur Badminton Club mainly include: improving facilities and providing participants with a good experience of activities;Enriching the sources of funds and broadening the mode of operation and activity;Enriching the way of publicity and the content of publicity;The relevant government departments should step up supervision and support.Pay attention to the continuing education and training work of coaches;Reasonable location and establishment of club fee standards;Attention to security issues in the conduct of activities. |
