Social demand is graduate employment problem. What kind of graduates does thesocial need? Which qualities does the social require the employee to necessarily own,which all need to be considered by the higher education. From this respective,cultivating the students needs to adapt to the needs of the community, and conform tothe market requirement. Based on that, we can fundamentally solve the problem of thecollege students’ employment, and promote the social to develop forward. Then,whether higher education school successfully work, and whether the direction ofcultivating the students is correct, to some extent, which can all be justified accordingto the degree of needing for students from the social. What kind of knowledgestructure should the graduates cultivated by higher education have? Whether theknowledge that the graduates learned from receiving higher education adapts to theneeds of the society? These problems should be considered seriously when highereducational colleges design to course arrangement cultivate professional talents Thecurrent social sports industry develops by leaps and bounds, social sports market isincreasingly perfect, and the residents’ sports consumption level also successivelyenhances, which all contribute to greatly improve the need for social sports instructor(community worker, private coach, sports business managers).This study considers people randomly selected from three communities inChangsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan as the research object, by using the methods ofdocumentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logicalinduction method and so on to investigate and analysis the present condition ofChangsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan’s community residents’ need for social sportsexercise instructor. Through referring to information, the thesis concludes and analysissocial sports college students’ training objectives and curriculum situation andcharacteristics in11high education colleges in Hunan province. In view of thepractical needs of society and the present condition of schools, this research putsforward some suggestions for the social sports professional training goal and coursearrangement so as to provide certain reference for the colleges in hunan provinceprofessional sports curriculum reform and social guiding relevant departments, promote social sports instructor team construction and improve social sports instructororganization system. And it can offer a piece of force for public welfare undertakingsfor social sports, fitness business and to build a socialist harmonious society.
