In recent years,with the rapid growth of the social sports guidance and management specialty,the problems of its professional development have gradually emerged.The gap between the training objectives and the needs of social talents,the knowledge structure,professional accomplishment and skill level of training talents are deviated from the current development of national sports undertakings.The role of students in higher education is the experience and beneficiaries.They have the most say in the problems and shortcomings of their major in the process of training.The improvement of the quality of talent training in Colleges and universities cannot be without students' evaluation and suggestions on professional learning.Therefore,this paper introduces the professional satisfaction model,uses its related factors to evaluate the professional satisfaction of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Beijing Sports University,and explores the main reasons affecting professional satisfaction.By investigating the professional satisfaction of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Beijing Sports University,this paper explores the problems existing in the current professional construction and development,and provides reference for the development of social sports guidance and management in China.Through consulting literature and experts,designing questionnaires and screening questionnaires,the factors of satisfaction survey are analyzed by one-way ANOVA,and the shadow is established.Relevant factors influencing students' satisfaction are discussed.Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of professional students,the following conclusions are drawn.:1.The results of one-way variance statistics of professional satisfaction showed that gender had no significant effect on professional satisfaction(P > 0.05);there were significant differences between different grades and different specialties,and the students of lower grades and football specialties had the highest professional satisfaction.2.In terms of curriculum design,junior students have higher satisfaction,while football students have the highest satisfaction.3.In terms of professional hardware facilities,there is no significant difference between students of different genders and grades;there is a significant difference in special items,among which badminton is the lowest.4.In terms of the overall professional service satisfaction,there are significant differences among students of different majors and grades.The satisfaction of health guidance is the lowest,and the satisfaction of higher grades is lower than that of lower grades.5.In terms of employment confidence,there is no significant difference between students of different genders;there are significant differences between students of different grades and different specialties.The satisfaction of students of lower grades is higher than that of students of higher grades,and the employment confidence of students of health guidance specialty is the lowest.
