Study of students’ learning has become the trend of the times." Ordinary high schoolmathematics curriculum standards " is presented to emphasize the students’ learning process andmethod, put the past only focuses on students’ learning outcomes, to pay attention to the studentthrough what means and strategy study. At the same time curriculum standards also pointed out thatthe high school mathematics curriculum should pay attention to improving the students’mathematical thinking ability. Reflection is an important thinking ability, but also one of thesustained development of one of the essential qualities, training of senior high school students’mathematics reflective learning ability has become a new task faced by mathematics educators.The teacher is the student learning guide and facilitator, therefore, teachers must study thestudents’ learning. In mathematics teaching in high school, teachers give students not onlyknowledge and skills, more is how students from the actual situation, initiates the student to ponder,explore, to acquire knowledge, develop skills, the development of thinking. Reflection is a kind ofinvisible education resources, learning is very important. The present mathematics learning practice,reflective learning is the weakest link.My research on the basis of previous studies, with metacognition theory as a guide, mainly usesthe literature research method, the method of action study, on high school students’ mathematicsreflective learning ability to conduct research. The first analysis of the high school mathematicsreflective learning and its theoretical basis; and then describes the learning strategy of metacognitionand the high school mathematics teaching, and the high school mathematics reflective learning to dothe investigation and Analysis on senior high school students; and then establishes the mathematicalreflective learning ability training strategy.In this paper, closely around the mathematical reflective learning, grasping the training ofsenior high school students’ mathematics reflective learning ability the key and principles, in highschool mathematics teaching content as the carrier, combining my teaching research, the high schoolmathematics reflective learning does some researches, mainly from the teachers play the leading role,in the learning process guided reflection, after learning of guided reflection three respects putforward to the high school student mathematics reflective learning ability training strategy.
