Rural Tourism Development And The Changes Of The Rural Interpersonal Relationship

In recent years, rural tourism has become a new rural development ofsupporting point, as a new form of tourism, rural tourism shows powerfulvitality, at the same time, rural tourism has on the tourism real estate hadvarious degrees of influence, and even some contradictions of development.With the development of tourism, modern way of life into the village, thestranger groups began in rural daily life; at the same time in tourismdevelopment of villagers, government, tourism companies multiple interestsubjects, those between different interest groups will inevitably producecontradiction and conflict.In this context, the author takes Guizhou six minority village ruraltourism development fact as an example, on the current development of ruraltourism is produced in the process of interpersonal relationship changeanalysis. This investigation using qualitative and quantitativeinvestigation of combined manner, survey data and data in2010Julyand2011July two Guizhou research project based on. In the data analysisprocess, mainly used the grounded theory analysis method, comparative method,statistical analysis method, through the combination of questionnaire andinterview case analysis conclusion, gradually from the experience materialsort analysis, reveals the rural development of interpersonal relationshipand change the path.This paper mainly focus on two aspects to discuss. A masterstroke istransverse comparison, from the Guizhou minority village tourism developmentof several different mode proceed with, comparative analysis of the differentmode facing the development of contradiction, put forward to this kind ofconflict between debugging mechanism, namely through institutional adjustment and self adjustment of two angle implementation; a masterstrokeis longitudinal change analysis to the village community, form thedevelopment background, analysis of rural interpersonal relationship changecourse, reveals the rural tourism as an interventional development factorsinto the village self-development logic to rural interpersonal influence.Study of rural tourism on rural interpersonal relationship, the effects ofthe change is diversified. First of all, the village tourism development ofinterpersonal relationship is reversed, the prosperity of economy bring moreinterpersonal backwards, tourism development is the main cause to competefor resources and the uneven distribution of the main contradictions, thevillage also faced emotion and interest contend; secondly, the villagers inthe interpersonal relations in social intercourse, spirit level and powerdistribution layer page facing contradiction and struggle.In this paper, through descriptive analysis and interpretation ofresearch on Guizhou minority village tourism development influence, revealsthe development of rural tourism in the process of interpersonal change path,in order to have more scholars pay attention to the minority village tourismdevelopment, and constantly seek out the Rural Interpersonal towards moreharmonious direction approach.
