Research purposes: From peripheral" injury/repair" imbalance to begin. Observe theanti-oxidation system index, skeletal muscle Hsp72, indicators of changes in serum, analyzethe possible causal relationship, time sequence, for the formation of OTS provide a newresearch thought.Research method: The thirty-six rats were randomly divided into8groups: control groupand three weeks group (n=3), four to nine weeks group (n=5). Three weeks to nineweeks group group every day to do exhaustive swimming training, control group15min as acontrol to swim every day. In order to overtraining model in rats early formation, every day todo exhaustive swim, no rest day, for a period of5days, lasted50days. From the beginning ofthe20day every five days from time. Results: From the figure one the exercise group gained weight more slowly or even tothe training of body weight of the fortieth day of decline, the exercise group from thebeginning of the fifteenth day and the control group with a very significant difference P <0.01; exercise group IL-6appears rise, after four weeks and the control group with significantdifference P <0.05; testosterone or control group half, with significant difference P <0.05,the exercise group showed no difference between SOD; soleus muscle volume presents aparabola, after five and three weeks group had very significant difference P <0.01, and fromthe fourth expression amount lower than the control group, the antioxidant system abilitydrops, on the body the reduced ability to protect; soleus muscle HSP72levels showed a risingtrend, from4weeks group began to appear HSP72quantity sharp increase, six weeks andnine weeks group and the control group with significant difference P <0.05.Conclusion: The antioxidant system has certain tolerance degree, exceed its scope ofprotection will result in free radical generation, lost to the organism’s protection function. TheHSP72on the body of the protection in the antioxidant system. The release of cytokines bythe influence of HPA axis, causing changes in hormone levels, and the cell factor theorycoincide.
