In consideration of inadequate national public finance, University-run enterprises in China have been gradually developing since nineteen eighties under the policy of allowing universities and institutes to self-finance and establish enterprises. With the domestic social and economic development, university-run enterprises are developing rapidly, playing a positive role in integration in university of production, learning and research. The strong and high efficient university-run enterprise groups, represented by Tsinghua Tongfang, founder, Neusoft and IFLYTEK, have achieved their goals of listing with prosperous talents of science and technology, advanced management concept and effective capital operation, and thus have created a virtuous cycle for enterprises and universities.In this paper, we can find the University Enterprises has its own characteristics of a unique industry, mainly reflected in:First, run enterprises are relying on universities to develop, it is separately funded by the universities or with social investment side collaborates with established enterprises. Secondly, there is obvious talent and technological advantages. The university is an important place for training personnel for social, domestic universities and scientific research units gathered a large number of high, refined, sharp talent. In the inside of these people, most of them have a profound professional background, that is, industry analysis, the professionals within the areas of expertise is business management of the reserve resources. Finally, the collection of University Enterprises enterprises and universities two identities, so its attributes is no longer a single, and a collection of dual property of the enterprise’s profit and universities to serve the community。The object of this paper is the12enterprises of JT university, through the analysis of the status of their financial management, found that the financial management of the enterprises of JT university:the quality of the financial officers foundation is weak, these people lack of crisis awareness and professional competence; the financial management of the foundation is weak, the lack of an effective internal control system; the low level of financial management, capital utilization is not high; lack of effective supervision, financial management, financial information distortion serious;, financial management concepts lag, revenue the irrational allocation mechanism. In this paper, the theory put forward to address these issues, strengthen financial management and team building, to regulate the financial management positions and functions; strengthening financial management foundation, to establish an effective internal control system; to enhance the level of financial management and improve the utilization of funds rate; perfect the financial management enterprises oversight mechanisms to enhance the quality of financial information; to establish incentives and constraints in parallel effective income distribution mechanism countermeasures hope to provide some help in the improvement of the financial management of the JT University.
