Study On The Main Problems Of K University Financial Management And Its Countermeasures

Financial management in university is one of the most important management work.Under the background of information age,the constantly updated accounting system and accounting policy are both opportunities and challenges for financial work in university.It not only puts forward higher requirements for financial work in university,but also brings about information in universities.The improvement of the level points out a new direction,so the financial management of schools should be constantly optimized that can meet the requirements of the national development strategy.On the basis of literature review of financial management in university,this paper comprehensively analyses the financial management system and financial situation of K university,and applies the relevant theories of process reengineering,decision support,information asymmetry,and principal agent theory to analyze the existing problems of financial management in K university.It is "extensive" information management,unable to obtain effective financial information,inadequate overall budget implementation,inadequate asset management system,weak awareness of financing risk,single channel of financial risk,and imperfect internal supervision and control.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the overall thinking on the optimization of financial management in K university.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:information construction,strengthening budget management,improving university assets management,optimizing fundraising management and optimizing internal control and supervision management.Taking K university as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its problems in financial management and proposes corresponding solutions,which can not only provide a scientific evaluation of the teaching efficiency of schools,but alsoprovide correct data support for the decision-making of school management.Therefore,the financial management of universities is excellent.It can contribute to the development of university and change the current situation of low efficiency of financial data and low quality of service.
