Purpose: This paper studies in sEMG plantar pressure and gait characteristics ofhuman lower limb muscles in the fatigue process, through three different kinds ofexercise----jogging, bicycle and jump. We research the distribution of plantar pressureparameters and foot health influence factor, and then discusses the effect of differentkinds of fatigue on plantar pressure. The conclusions will provide reference for guidingexercise and reducing injury rate of sports.Method:The experiment college selected12men randomly from sports humanscience of Soochow university, all of them are asked to three kind of exercise, and theycan not stop the movement until they are fatigue. Before and after the exercise, we willtest subjects’ Plantar Pressure, relevant data are recorded. We also record the sEMG dataof TA, GM and GL.Result:1)The iEMG changed significantly after fatigue in all kinds of movement (p<0.01),and iEMG is different from the others in different kind of fatigue in TA, GM and GL.The MF changed significantly after fatigue in all kinds of movement (p<0.01, p<0.05),and MF is different from the others in different kind of fatigue in TA, GM and GL.2)Heel strike phase shortened and foot support phase prolonged after fatigue afterall kinds of movement (p<0.01).3)Peak Pressure: T2-T5, M1, M2, M3, HM, HL of the left foot after jump fatigue isdifferent with jogging fatigue and bicycle fatigue, so as to M1, M2, M3, HM of rightfoot (p<0.05).Time of Peak Pressure: T2-T5, M1, M2, M3, Mf in both feet is different from theothers in different kind of fatigue (p<0.05).Impulse: T2-T5, M2, M3, M4and HL in both feet is different from the others indifferent kind of fatigue (p<0.05). Conclusions:1) The iEMG changed significantly after fatigue in all kinds of movement(p<0.01), and iEMG is different from the others in different kind of fatigue.2) The MF reduced significantly after fatigue in all kinds of movement, and MF isdifferent from the others in different kind of fatigue3) Heel strike phase shortened and foot support phase prolonged after fatigue afterall kinds of movement.4)Compare with the others, the change of peak pressure, time of peak pressure andimpulse is different in diverse fatigue. We think that diverse fatigue make a differenteffect on feet.
