Objective: Flatfoot is a kind of foot disease that taking teenagers as multiple people, the collapse of the main features to the foot arch. How to prevent the flat foot in adolescence and how to treat and correct the flat foot teenagers have always been the concern of the society, the school and the parents. In this study, plantar pressure parameters of flat foot adolescents were analyzed to study the effects of juvenile flat feet on plantar pressure data.On the prevention and treatment of juvenile and juvenile flatfoot and flat enough to provide help and advice to correct theory.Research methods: the subjects were 13-15 year old flat foot and 12 normal foot teenagers. All the subjects met the following three points: first, informed consent of the experiment.Two,13-15 years old,no diabetes, cerebral palsy.Three, all subjects could walk normally without any motor systemic diseases. The methods of literature and experiment were used to measure the pressure distribution of the plantar, and to analyze and study the parameters of the maximum pressure, impulse and contact area of the plantar. In the maximal impulse, the impulse of the flat foot group in the medial part of the heel, the lateral heel area, the arch area, the second metatarsal area and the2-5 metatarsal area was significantly higher than that of the normal foot group, and the other areas were also more than the normal feet. Results: compared with normal foot group, flatfoot group plantar peak pressure area has increased significantly. There was no significant difference in time between the two groups on the support phase of the plantar support, but the level of the flat foot group was more than that of the normal foot group in the contact time of the forefoot, but the level in the ground was smaller than that in the normal foot group. The peak pressure of the flat foot group was significantly different from that of the normal foot in the third and fourth metatarsal area, and the pressure in the plantar area was larger than that in the normal foot group. On the contact area, the contact area of flat foot at foot arch is significantly larger than that of normal foot group, while the contact area in phalangeal area is smaller than that in normal foot group. In the center of pressure pressure trajectory on the trajectory of flatfoot group compared to the normal group to set foot lateral tilt. Conclusion: 1.the plantar peak pressure, peak pressure and maximal impulse offlat foot are increased to varying degrees compared with normal foot adolescents.2.the adult foot contact time of flat foot adolescents increased significantly compared with normal foot adolescents, but there was no difference in the order of feet.3.except for the 2-5 phalangeal region, the plantar contact area of the flat foot is generally increased. The trajectory of the plantar pressure center shifts outward toward the foot center line, and the end of the trajectory extends from the first phalanges to the second phalanges.
