The Researches On The ‘Qing Ma Project' In Universities

Undergraduate phase is a key period during which undergraduates stand ready to perfect their general attitude to life,to the world and to values.In fact,undergraduates,with heavy responsibilities and glorious mission,are under an obligation to the future and the hope of a nation.Therefore,it is vital to cultivate undergraduates systematically,thoroughly and generally with Marxism Theory.The “Young Marxists' Training Project” is a systematic project,which has been launched by the Communist Young League in 2007,aimed at arming all undergraduates' thoughts and practices with the latest achievements in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions.Through positive and effective ways,a large number of undergraduates are encouraged to apply Marxism Theory consciously to solve current affairs to the extent that they are becoming firm Marxists,so as to constantly raise the standard of their political quality and comprehensive ability.In current international and domestic situations,it is of great importance to strengthen the Marxist education of undergraduates and to train them to become firm Marxists.Faced with the acid test,there are a variety of challenges when the “Young Marxists' Training Project” is implemented in universities.Because of lacking the political consciousness and oscillating the political stand,it affects that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics does not go on smoothly.Therefore,the researches on implementing the “Young Marxists' Training Project” in universities are valued,and plenty of relevant research results are provided.There is no doubt that it gives the priceless reference on the concrete operation.However,on data analysis,it proved that there exist certain shortages of implementing the “Young Marxists' Training Project” in universities;the researches are not systematical and the surveys are scattered,especially,on the depth of empirical studies.On various researches,it is a pity that the principles are excessively emphasized while little strategies are presented with which the quality of the “Young Marxists' Training Project” can be enhanced.All in all,to research on implementing the “Young Marxists' Training Project” is a task which brooks no delay.Aimed at the research background,significance,current situation and problems,this thesis employs the methods of quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis,documentary research,experiential summary and questionnaire survey,with theoretical researches and the significance and the status as well asstrategies for enhancing the quality of implementing the “Young Marxists' Training Project” in universities,to demonstrate the identification and challenges.For all the difficulties,there are two strategies for enhancing the quality of implementing the“Young Marxists' Training Project”,including internal cause which contains theory arming and practice training as well as external cause which involves grading system and enrolling current politics,to determine the strategies with which the quality of the“Young Marxists' Training Project” can be enhanced to ensure that builders and successors of socialism are thoroughly trained.
